At Rootwell, we offer flexible ways to shop, including subscriptions and pre-orders. This policy outlines how you can manage, change, or cancel these specific types of purchases.
1. Subscriptions
When you choose a subscription option, you benefit from repeat deliveries at the frequency you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
Billing: Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you have opted to pay in advance.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration unless canceled.
Easy Management: You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Every order confirmation email contains a link to your unique management portal, where you can pause, skip, or cancel your shipments.
Refunds: Subscription orders are subject to our [Refund Policy]. Please note that recurring subscription orders are eligible for refunds on unopened items only, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing a product that is currently out of stock or soon-to-be-available.
Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or authorize your payment method at checkout. The remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready for fulfillment.
Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
Post-Fulfillment: Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, it remains eligible for a refund under our standard 90-day "Feel Better or It's Free" guarantee for first-time purchases.
3. Try Before You Buy
For select "Try Before You Buy" items, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order to ensure validity.
Trial Period: You will have a specific window of time (as stated at checkout) to decide if the product is right for you.
Final Charge: If you do not initiate a return within the designated trial period, we will automatically charge your payment method for the full purchase amount.
