Rootwll Refund & Return Policy

1. 90-Day "Feel Better or It's Free" Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)

At Holiherb, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. That’s why we offer a risk-free 90-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. If you don't notice a health boost after trying our product, simply contact us at support@rootwelldaily.com within 90 days of delivery, and we’ll refund you in full—no return required in most cases.

Important Notes:

Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.

Limited to one refund per product type per customer.

Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.

2. Refunds for Recurring Subscription Orders & Multi-Unit Returns

Subscription (autoship) orders are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Condition: Unopened and unused items only.

Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all processed returns to cover administrative and processing costs.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a refund for a subscription, email support@rootwelldaily.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

3. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Because our team works quickly to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed.

Cancellation Fee: A $2.00 fee may apply to cover administrative costs for cancellations made before shipping.

Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@rootwelldaily.com . You do not need to return the damaged item—we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

5. Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@rootwelldaily.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. Important: Items must be sent back to the address provided. Products returned without prior authorization or to the wrong facility may not be accepted.

6. Delivery Notice

We offer tracked shipping on all orders. While most orders arrive within 4–10 business days, please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, delivery times may vary.

7. Policy Amendments

Holiherb reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
